About Sarah Bailey

Sarah began her blog back in 2010, after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, as a way to remember the good times.

She has battled with mental health issues from a young age, and currently navigates borderline personality disorder, depression and anxiety. She also lives with multiple chronic conditions which all play a large part in her life, with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Hyper Mobility Syndrome two more in a long list of diagnoses.

She believes that in writing about her conditions she faces them head on, while hopefully raising awareness and helping others who may be facing the same trials.
