A unique, personalized support program available to patients who have been prescribed Copaxone®.
The Shared Solutions® team processes over 50,000 calls per year and deploys Copaxone®-certified, field-based nurses who help patients with personalized injection training. This proactive, compassionate and free program operates from our Montréal office and works with patients throughout Canada. It allows Canadian patients to speak directly with nurses trained to advise on and answer a vast array of questions, such as about the causes and symptoms of the disease, injection techniques and management of side effects, treatment coverage options, and how to maintain the best possible quality of life.
Shared Solutions® also offers the following services to patients currently on Copaxone®:
- Confidential one-on-one counselling
- Ongoing support and proactive follow-up
- Injection training
- Reimbursement counselling
