Cinqair™

Teva Support Solutions® (TSS) is a comprehensive program that provides training and education to healthcare providers, and personalized support to patients who have been prescribed Cinqair™.

Through this proactive, compassionate and free program, patients can speak directly with nurses trained to advise on and answer to a vast array of questions on related topics, such as symptom management, instructions for infusion, treatment coverage options and how to maintain the best possible quality of life.

If you’re a patient, the TSS team works hand-in-hand with you, your physician and other members of the healthcare team. Our nurses will help you begin planning for your first Cinqair™ infusion and be there whenever you need them along your journey. They will also provide feedback to your doctor about your progress.

TSS offers the following services to patients currently on Cinqair™:

• Confidential one-on-one counselling
• Ongoing and proactive follow-up for better asthma management
• Reimbursement counselling
• Site-of-care coordination
• Infusion appointment scheduling
